Explaining the Order Form

The order form on the following page is available for you to print out and
fax or mail to us if you would prefer to submit your order that way.  The
following items MUST be filled out for your order to be filled.

  1. Name as it appears on your credit card (whether you are paying by credit card or not)

  2. Billing address of credit card (whether you are paying by credit card or not)

  3. Shipping address if different from the billing address

  4. Daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if we have any questions about
    your order

  5. Email address in case we are unable to reach you by telephone

  6. Method of payment:  credit card or money order.

  7. If paying by credit card, the credit card number and full expiration date 
    as well as your signature must be on the form.

  8. The quantity, part number, and exact description (size, color and shape if needed) 
    of each item that you are ordering.

Shipping Information

All domestic shipments are made by US Postal Service via Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise specified by the purchaser.  Shipping charges are for the actual postage costs only and begin at $4.80, based on package weight.

All international shipments are made by US Postal Service via Global Priority Mail.  If requested, shipments will be sent via First Class International mail - usually a substantial cost savings.  Orders of more than 4 pounds will be shipped in separate packages to allow less expensive shipping procedures to be used.  International shipments are not guaranteed for safe and secure arrival.  

A handling fee of $1.50 is added to all shipments with less than $10 of merchandise purchased.

Submitting Your Order Form

Fax your order to:  651/645-5745.  Our fax is used for orders only, inquiries and questions should be Emailed to us, or feel free to phone us at 651/645-0343.  Please make sure that the order is very legible, fax machine transmissions are often blurry.

Payment Questions

Should I include my money order with the order form I am mailing in?

NO, don't include your money order when you submit your order.  We will pull your items for you, apply any discounts that can be applied, and compute the shipping charges of your order. We will then contact you via Email or telephone with the total amount for your money order and set your order aside for you until it arrives.  You will have a total of 14 days to submit your money order to us before your order will be automatically cancelled.  Your order will be shipped to you the next business day after your money order has been received.  

What if I want to pay by PayPal?

Because of their excessive fees, we do not use PayPal. 

What credit cards do you accept?

Stormcloud Trading (Beadstorm) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and most check debit cards.  Make sure that you have put your daytime phone number on the order form so that we can contact you if there are are problems or questions about your credit card payment.  

What about COD shipments?

Stormcloud Trading (Beadstorm) does NOT ship COD.  We will contact you to arrange for payment.    

What if I want to return some of the beads that I received?  How will my refund be handled?

We understand that returns will happen and try to accommodate you.  You have 10 days after you have received your order to contact us and tell us that you are returning some of your products.  If you placed your order on your credit card, we will apply any refunds directly to your account once the merchandise is back in our hands.  If you placed your order via money order, we will send you a check for your refunded amount after your original payment has cleared.  Any discounts that were based on quantity purchases will be adjusted if your returns changed your discount percentage.  

All returns must be in original unused condition to 
be refunded.  Animal parts, cassette tapes, stringing
materials and cut products (wire, cording, etc) are non-returnable.
